Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial reimbursement is granted. Any item that is not returned in its original state, has been opened, or otherwise damaged, cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned undamaged to us. 

Please send an e-mail to contact@bakskincare.com and state your reason for the refund. When we receive your returned item, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received it. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund as soon as we have reviewed your reason and documentation. 
 
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be transferred to your credit card or original payment method. 
 

How to exchange or return items: 

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item:

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
 
If you are shipping an item over € 100, you should consider using a traceable shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
